I meant proof specifically of the original creator granting permission, not of the reuploader saying he got permission. On most every site where anything uploaded needs permission, you have to give a source of the original creator's word (be it a forwarded email, a social media post, etc.)

But even with all of that, Newgrounds doesn't allow others to post work on someone else's behalf. The original posters best course of action would be to ask the original creator to create a new account so that he can be added as a contributor.

Only the original creator can submit content on Newgrounds. I wouldn't think that's too difficult to understand.
