I'll admit to sending him a strongly-worded DM stating as such after seeing the same sub posted six fucking times.
Judging by the LEGO Alien Reupload Incident, he's one or two re-ups away from getting banned.
(Sidenote: If anyone ever discovered where Class 6B stole the LEGO Alien video from, please tell me - it seems pretty cool)

Let's play a game - how many more times will this get re-uploaded before InTheNowEventually gets banned?
(Investigating further, I found a Youtube and Patreon - the Patreon is definitely abandoned (last post August 2023), whilst the YT may or may not be (last post a week ago))
(I've also downloaded the .swf - can't pinpoint why, but JPEXS might give me something interesting)
Anyways, I've done a quick check through the .swf - only thing that caught my interest was that it somehow had nine-hundred and sixty one frames.
I have zero clue why (especially given B got away with only one).
B actually managed to pass, and there weren't that many rules against spam in 2001, so it's grandfathered.

B is B...
it's a good reminder of why we do what we do
The voting system can be used to pass materials that violate the rules if there are enough people trying to play with the system, but it only takes 1 flag to get the attention of mods who can swoop in and put an end to the foolery

InTheNow ended up giving me two responses in DMs: one was a simple "who tf are you", the other is this:
Getting back to standard patrols:

Noticed you don't touch pictures here, but I have a problem with this one:
Explicit: https://www.newgrounds.com/art/view/evildudeart/shepard-on-duty-mass-effect
I don't have proofs that it's AI-generated, except that the creator mentions himself as AI artist on another social media.
Flag or nay?

I'm not 100% certain its AI, but the creator allegedly calling themselves an AI artist makes me suspect it probably is.
Anyways,

I think that user is legit.
They posted this on IG.
Also, I compared the faces from both panels in the comic linked above and they match exactly like images that are traced from the same construction. I've never seen AI generate two images of the same character this flawlessly.

I recommend flagging it as the AI artist bit listed on another social media profile is sufficient cause for concern.
I’ve got enough evidence that the 2024 content is developed with an AI tool. AI users are not necessarily non-artists.
I checked that dude's art and I couldn't find a single thing that would make me sure it's AI generated. The hands look alright, there aren't any questionable illogical looking objects in the background. I dunno. The reasons to not only stop making new art but also to stop discovering new art are piling up.
I suspect he used AI to do the bulk of the work generating images, then manually touched them up himself, which is how GenAI is used in professional settings. Judging by his Instagram he's still a skilled artist in his own right. Still, if I can't find more damning evidence besides a hunch I usually wait for them to upload more art, at some point they upload something with more obvious tells.

It can, though. You can ask it to make small changes to a pre-existing image and you'll get a result that looks something like this. If he had redrawn the faces manually then the features that don't need changing (the nose, the ear) would not have changed at all.

His 2024 works and profile pic have familiar Stable Diffusion stink. And you can spot weird asymmetry on the boots and socks on the picture I linked.
I'm aware there are hybrid artists, but the flag states "majority was generated by AI". So the % is debatable.

Yeah, I didn't mean to justify his use of AI when I mentioned the retouching. It's more to say it makes it harder to catch. The rendering style of his 2024 images is very AI-y for sure, his older submissions don't have that.

Oh yeah. I can kinda see those artifacts. But if it hadn't been pointed out to me, I wouldn't have figured it out myself. I think soon, artists on NG will be required to submit evidence that they are the authors of their art (for each single submission) in the form of a speedpaint to have their art approved. :(

It's also a reupload of a removed submission. Proof:

Submitter openly states their animation to be a reupload, and admits to ban evasion:
translation (via Google Translate): "This is a Reupload of an animation that I posted on an account that I deleted, because it got Copyright and Newgrounds banned me from posting anything."
I recall seeing this exact animation before, but I'm having trouble finding any potential matches in my voting history.
