In my opinion, they should be flag worthy and/or blam worthy because they're simply not animation.
It's on par with reading a visual novel, there's no difference with it being on "video" because instead of translating the story onto the screen, it just pastes text onto the big screen and that's it. Sure, they may be effects for them, but this isn't really a case for it to exist as a movie, but rather a visual novel you PLAY as a game. But I'm not sure whether or not the moderation team does agree on the notion of should it be flag worthy.

I always lean on the idea that when I see a screen cap of what looks like a tablet art piece, where the digital version of finger painting is being presented, that the user is on the younger side of life. 8 years old was just what fell out of the suggestion jar for age, but likely anywhere between 6 and 12 is possible in my book
