Music used is "Television / So Far So Good" by Rex Orange County:

there is no copyright on that one my dude
There is copyright on everything that you create. I have copyright on this post. Whether the artist in question has permitted free use of the song in question is a different matter entirely.
Lies.
Today, Exedor learns the concept of legal jurisdictions! That, and the difference between having copyright and registering it, (which doesn't even exist here)
Fr, theres no copyright for something like web games or youtube videos…atleast to my knowledge
Music used is "Pop Song" by STRFKR - their Bandcamp says "all rights reserved", so I'd say this is flag-worthy.
...but is it post-worthy? Nah. Music isn't urgent and doesn't require a post. A flag is fine.
idk about this one chief, isnt the EGB suppose to write about rule-breaking submissions? BlueMonday would be right
stated in every UJ submission
Yeah. The music industry is litigious as fuck regarding copyright.
Yea
But there is also a lot of looking the other way a lot
Is that supposed to be a good thing?
how is it a bad thing
This is the literal definition.

In the case of the EGB/NG mods, that'd be taking down submissions with copyrighted music (ie. against the rules), whilst leaving up others. Or speedpaints, etc.
It can be viewed as a form of double standards, or favouritism if it's a big name doing it as opposed to smaller creators.
I've also seen the phrase "Tom's site" being used as an excuse, even though Tom doesn't seem to be making these calls.
