Looks like to me this is material that the uploader has made in their game. They are showing of the animated bits in their art rather then playing it through like you'd see on youtube.

Oh that Millennium Falcon / ClockCrew / Kitty Crew guy. Did you know last week he tried to make me mad by borrowing a character of mine and animating into something they thought would make me mad and then PMing it to me?

The fact that this is a guy who happens to be a part in the Kitty Crew who straight up weens is just shame because I'm kinda am in the Kitty Crew, just not as prominent.

      It's a CWCism thing, but to make it brief, it's basically a failed attempt at trolling, whether it be simply being unfunny, annoying, or doing things that are just borderline illegal. Another term to describe is simply failtrolling, which is more blunt than ween because ween is a corruption of "epic win" and also because there's an alternative rock band with a similar name.

      Well, frankly, all I'm doing on Newgrounds at the moment is to get 10 XP every day, check out every submission in the portal and vote on them, and attempt to get to Deity as fast as I can. I am top 488 globally by B/S.

          In the show, the Total Drama characters are stated to be 16 years old; even if they do age, their designs never seem to change, which would be akin to an adult character that LOOKS child-like.

          The removal of content for underage characters as the visual representation of the characters at the point that we see them in front of us...


          if you can without going into too much detail about describing the body, or physical aspects of the character and suspect that the character is DEPICTED IN FRONT OF YOU AT THE TIME THAT YOU VIEWED THE IMAGE, regardless of canon, stories, videos, promises, viewing angels, someone else vouching that the character is legal, then go ahead and flag the material.

          Clearly state your suspicion about the age depiction, but don't go down the forensic rabbit hole trying to prove that the character is XX age...


          does the character look underage at the time that you see the character REGARDLESS of prior knowledge of the character?

          if you showed the image to other people, would they without your words or describing the picture, come to the conclusion that you just showed them an underage character?

          Newgrounds goes solely by the appearance of the character, not by any canon age or artist comments that they're 18+. If it looks like a kid, it's a kid. If it doesn't look like a kid, it's not.
