I'll say this for brevity - Certain submissions that are likely to be blammed should still be listed here, on the off-chance they actually do make it through the portal. It seems it's never guaranteed whether or not certain submissions make it through the portal, regardless of how likely they actually are of being deleted via voting. (That is, on the basis that they're actually breaking a movie/game guideline).
And also, @DoctorStrongbad, you really should be including sources when you cite reports for reuploads of blams, or anything of that nature. I know you're the "Living Legend" and all, but for fucks sake

I'm guessing that the dude probably analyzed both videos and came to the conclusion of they're the same BECAUSE it shares the same length AND the shots are identical. But it's ignoring the fact that one video's meant to be a loop and the other is just a video that does end and are made by the same guy.

I figured as much, wasn't entirely sure how to approach that one seeing as how they started off and remained pretty similar, at first glance it definitely passes for a dupe upload though
Personally I think they should be more varied, but if it isn't technically breaking a rule then I guess oh well :)
