People take audio from YouTube videos and creators all the time, It's usually music we take down, as record labels are typically very protective about this shit, so this case it might be fine.
Given the "white void", the cheap 'animation', and the inclusion of a Flipaclip watermark, it's best to just v0te.

I forgot to mention, that was a Sm64 Gif, and It was Very popular on Scratch(website) which makes me think this Submission was made on Scratch(Also Scratch lets people use copyrighted songs freely without any problem, problably because Scratch doesn't have any monetization system)
Also Yeah, we're not on old Newgrounds, but some people still adds Submissions with copyrighted music,problably because they think that still can add It, like in the old times.
