Two submissions from the same user, both stolen.
The first is a screen recording of a YouTube video of a flash formerly hosted on Newgrounds (archive) (file mirror).
The second is a game previously hosted on another site (archive).
Warning: obnoxiously loud
This is an amalgam of existing content, including some bad camera footage of a TV show, that doesn't coalesce into anything creative or coherent. It's a shitpost, but not a transformative one.
The YouTube version has a list of Youtubers the content is taken from, as well as accidentally admitting it's against YouTube's TOS (lol).

This is a 10 second loop of a spinning figurine without any audio.

It shouldn’t matter on popularity of artist (that basically some form of Double Standard if otherwise, for lack of better words)
Everybody has to abide the site rules regardless. If they wanna advertise, they can do so in their Blog Post
