This looks like a recording of a Scratch game, but it's not like anyone is coming to Newgrounds for this kind of content. It's not going to pass judgment. Again, you should stop worrying about flagging every submission like this.

It's an submission that clearly is mainly gameplay footage, so of course it's a BIG YES. There are no exceptions, and even if you wanted say "But what about Tom Fulp," Tom Fulp wouldn't give immunity to someone like NEWSHOUNDS.

Conveniently, this is uploaded by the same author, but to be frank, I don't really expect people to know what IS "The Index," considering that it's just one of the more recent submissions in the portal. But I'm not sure if it can be flagged for not appropriately crediting Teckmo-X's song "Clockworks", OR it can via the Music/Stolen category as this song requires permission to be used under its licensing terms. But who knows if there's evidence to prove that the author did get permission to use the song...

In case if you can't be bothered to search that on YouTube, it's basically Super Smash Brothers. but a poor ass fucker made it. It's a big ass video that stitches clips from other shows, but when they need to use different dialogue for the characters, instead of sentence mixing or use AI voices like a normal person, they cut off the audio of the clip, then add captions on top of the clip's video track, and type the shit they want. And cherry on top of that shit, they did use some hentai for the videos I think.

posting a walkthrough of something that you yourself made, does not violate Newgrounds movie portal rules as mods have pointed out in the past.

there is a very fine line on the lets play movie rule, the material needs to be primarily on the level of a tutorial, it could include the bypass codes to doors, answers to puzzles, or it could be played at increased speeds while more important parts of the game/video are slowed down to allow people to see exactly what is happening and how to move by it

a lets play video depends on a select person or a host usually doing a commentary or being funny for the purpose that we as the viewer are buying into the player and not the content that they themselves are playing.

I have a very strong suspicion that this person is not the real FPSBlyck. This person is reuploading the submissions from the real Blyck except they put a Ko-Fi link over the original animation. That link is completely brand new and empty and was never referenced anywhere in the original Blyck's Twitter or animations. In addition, the real Blyck has an NSFW Patreon that this imposter does not link once.

I strongly believe this guy is an imposter trying to make money off the real person.

I tried to check the dude's Twitter account just to find whether or not he has mentioned a Ko-Fi link somewhere in the Twitter account and I got no results for it, so it likely means that B1yck isn't associated with the Ko-Fi account. Furthermore, if you checked the Patreon link, it could be plausible that the imposter subscribed to B1yck under the "1080p + Without watermark" tier, meaning that it could be also plausible that it's not the real deal, because if I was giving out art without a watermark, it'll be a lot easier to pass it off as something someone made somewhere else.

The submission's a parody of a scene from The Mandela Catalogue Vol. 1 - I personally felt it wasn't breaking any rules because of that, especially given other parodies of that scene have passed judgment a while ago (a T-rated one from November 2022, and an A-rated one from July 2023)
