For my answer, I argue that it does because it violates this clause in the "Do Not" list:

Well, my 3 art submissions, namely "Jonathan's Adventure!: The 2nd Anniversa...", "Something seems FISHY about this...", and "Anime Yaoi-ish Furry Jonathan." Yes, because even if I gotten 5 stars for it, an review that violates the guidelines is still a review that is acceptable to be flagged, regardless if the submission gets those stars or not. To not flag them despite them violating the guidelines is a direct dishonor and disgrace to the EGB's conduct.

I have a very strong suspicion that this person is not the real FPSBlyck. This person is reuploading the submissions from the real Blyck except they put a Ko-Fi link over the original animation. That link is completely brand new and empty and was never referenced anywhere in the original Blyck's Twitter or animations. In addition, the real Blyck has an NSFW Patreon that this imposter does not link once.

I strongly believe this guy is an imposter trying to make money off the real person.

They are now linking to their own Patreon account that's impersonating the real Blyck. At this point, it's safe to say that this guy is a fake.

That's not the point I'm trying to make. The issue is that the Newgrounds user is not the same person as the original author. It's someone else that just took the name and are trying to profit by reuploading their work. Notice how the Patreon link on the Twitter post is completely different from the one linked on the Newgrounds user.

Okay, so a couple of days ago, there's a guy who was impersonating a Twitter artist named FPSblyck while he posted blyck's content over there. Eventually, he got banned and yet there's another guy who's uploading stolen content, which in my opinion, wouldn't be the same guy. I mean sure, there's not much people we know that would upload blyck's content into NG, but that doesn't necessarily mean it must be the same impersonator.
