the site operates on a lot of rules, flagging items from waaaay in the past using current rules may very likely will result in a failed flag for you... a good example is the speed paints that we take down currently, we allow other speed paints to exist from a few years ago as they operate under a different set of rules from when they were uploaded

In the 2020's (very old acc) I also had Garbage whistle, because I wrongly reported a content, then I saw Elite Guard Barracks, over a one year almost, I went from Garbage to Bronze, Silver, Gold and Deity Whistle

Now I was still stuck in Normal because I am flagging very much, glad to get Bronze whistle soon for 3rd time

NOT ONLY that I have been flagging stuff in Elite Guard Barracks, I also joined Audio Portal Cleanup

From what I heard, you can be targeted and shamed by NG users if you have the Garbage Whistle.
They will not be your friend if you do, and refuse you to join their NG Collabs.
This makes you a target of not having friends...

when you flag an item you as the flagging person are committing to the idea that the thing you are flagging is fraudulent, incorrect, or breaks site rules. as such you should be rating the items zero because the item when you are flagging correctly only have 2 avenues out of the under judgement section

it gets deleted by a mod (+ whistle points)
it gets blamed because other people are voting zero on the upload (+blam point)

if it blams out before a mod deletes it you don't get whistle points. but after a certain amount of time and correctly flagging items the mods will recognize your name on the flagging ticket and can judge your flag with more acceptance that you know what you are doing

its just repetition and building a name for yourself as a paragon of the community

the very principles of what the EGB stands for

I despise Garbage and Normal whistles, I prefer more Bronze to Deity levels
