You can't just report content in here that doesn't have the correct genre for the game because it simply isn't a violation of a rule, which there might be a rule for it eventually if you get more people to ask for it, but... No violation, no whistle points you can gain.

It's a good notary adaptation of the speed paint rule and I would accept either the speed paint rule or the no animation rule as its death nail when flagging it. The speed paint rule, flag, shows a little more flare for the flagging process
