you are half right... but there is a caveat to this, the speed painting is a depiction of a number of the frames in their animation...

I myself don't know how that will pan out, yes there is a section of speed paint and yes we double barrel speed paints when it comes to us watching a pure screen cap of a speed paint, but we have let slide in the past a number of items that had less and even more "speed painting" parts or sections than this presentation, if it was just the animation then the animation would probably pass the judgment section...

this style of rule-bending and animation is a tough one to call

To be honest... I'm not feeling super motivated to grind like I once did. It does make me pretty anxious since I'm anxious about the continued existence of Newgrounds... blegh. I'm worried if it'll exist a year or two years or five years from now...

It will exist, the porn will never stop flowing and the art portal is popping off these days, the forums will decline and fade a little but newgrounds will stand as long as Tom wants it to stand

User's art is marked mostly as T rated with some E's but the content of their artwork has alot of suggestive outfits or poses, so I wanted to pass this along incase- seems like an issue but unsure how newgrounds balances out on the "lewdness" scale when you have string bikinis and suggestive poses as Teen.

Doesnt come off to me as Teen is all.

It's not full on nudity (Which means Adults-Only) and the majority of the E-Rated content and T-Rated Content would be likely bumped to a M rating considering that the M-Rated content are considered "censored" images and give you a link to the "uncensored" images. But Triple Threat is borderline questionable because there's NO WAY E-Rated content should have boob squishing in it.

Last thing I want is to get slapped with a rotted wistle for reporting something the main staff dont considder "bad enough" so i wanted to pass this here incase. Id say best to let more ppl work it out and decide if something should be said or done.

we' don't really focus on the Art Portal over here in the EGB, that being said...

if you want to go about and filter the content so that you only view the T and E rated materials then go through the art pieces and look for this line (because it all seems to be roughly the same flavor of material)

anything at all related to directly visible nipple : M

anything at all related to directly visible groin materials : A

if you follow that rubric then you won't get degraded

the mods won't really touch that unless there are a bunch of tickets/flags

IF you can prove (without any doubt) that this is fetish content/material that leans more toward snuff material rather than just leaning into appealing to horny teenagers then literally everything in the artist folder gets bumped to an A rating

just from a few clicks here and there it doesn't look like it crosses this boundary but I'm not going to go clicking through all of it just to satisfy that question for myself
