the only original animation seems to be from a game of some kind or maybe a movie creator transition scene.

Noting that the user uploaded a heavily Reverbed and wet version... but I don't hear anything else that adds to it to make it unique per audio portal rules/mods.

I'm inclined to let that one go considering that the "original" audio came out 36 years ago

You must credit and have rights to the music in your submission, or be using music that grants rights freely.

that audio is different than the audio in the YT video, yes its a remix that is very clearly something that would get it flagged in the audio portal, but its in the movies portal
