if you are kicking around in the next 2 to 3 months and being active you will see a steady inflow of videos per day, its likely that the numbers will increase near the summer break times, march/april is traditionally our slow time of year
we average about 2200-2500 submissions per month, meaning an average of about 75 submissions per day, and of those, we usually see around 4-9 videos/day that break the rules

I have a feeling that Tom mentioning April Fools in the same news post is a hint that something else is going on. Let's not do anything drastic just yet.
