I'm going to call this out on a no-animation flag, yes I see that there is a puff of smoke that is moving across the screen, no I don't think that its reasonable to overlap a smoke video overtop of a still frame and then play with the opacity and then call it animation. you can see the smoke reach the top of the video overlay box near the brim of the ghost's hat
