you are technically correct on the flag, but there are a ton of these videos that are wandering around the internet right now with the same music. let this fad through bud
if you want a stronger version of that sentence, if you look into
you will find that their website is actually more concerned with branding "sony" and human rights + how they harvest your data, how they use your data, how they sell your data, links to other places like twitter, Spotify, apple music, deezer, than anything related to copyright law, or something akin to how to easily view copyright law in a given territory or location, and then this is their sales pitch to you the user
its a smalllllllllllllllllllll time record label company and their service is mostly that of offering the clients a sort of digital report card on where they would like their content to be uploaded, and then give the power back to the original creator
basically, it's a "get your name out there" company that has a side of a side gig on copyright infringement/ownership

Fair I guess. I just saw some previous previous posts here reporting submissions like these for mostly the same reason.
Stolen. Video is mostly edited clips from Transformers: Animated.

it's "technically" correct to flag them and we "could" get them on the
You must credit and have rights to the music in your submission
would be very unlikely that this record label is going to go after newgrounds, or youtube if what they are trying to serve to their clients is exposure and the greater fan base is secretly but not so secretly helping them to do that
so, the only question is: do you want to help them (The Orchard Music group) more by punishing regular people for not putting the name of the song in their animations... or not

Well, you don't want to just store them out on the counter, exposed to the elements!
Also, it's a bad idea to brush your teeth from the bidet.

Explicit sexual material should be rated A.
Well, as soon as I change the rating, we'll have an A rated link here in the forum. Can you edit the link out plx? I have it now.
We just recently discussed how to not have these post as viewable, so this'll help.

I don't even care whether a company goes after Newgrounds or not. Rules are rules, and we can't take any risks.

Paladins...
hmmmm...
https://toontastic.withgoogle.com/
had to think on this one
this is over the line and outside the bounds of things like Garry's mod, which we DO allow through because the animation that we see with Toontastic is created by another artist, while the animation that we can see in a garry's mod animation has to be created by the submitting author.
if you hold down on the character in Toontastic with either a mouse or a finger the character automatically moves, which is directly opposite of the animation style in Garry's mod where you have to tell an object to move from point A to B and move like _____.
Toontasic is far closer to Animaker in that respect, if not the same and we don't allow Animaker as previously discussed

Garry's Mod is a video game. I think you're confused with Source, which is Garry's Mod, but it's meant to be more focused on animation. Not that people use Garry's Mod as an animation tool, but it's not as accessible to Source, since it's more or less modded content you have to install to do that.
stolen from Slipiy-mokosin (i think i am spelling that right), and then its a copy work of jinachram? (again hoping i spelt that right)

(cw: gore, suicide)

Recreating Ronnie McNutt's suicide in animation is bad enough, but using the audio from the suicide brings it over the top... I'm like 99% sure that using the audio from a video of an actual real suicide is rule-breaking. I know that images and video of IRL gore is obviously against the rules, but does audio of actual people actually dying break the rules too?

I'm like 99% sure that using the audio from a video of an actual real suicide is rule-breaking.
Using audio from a video is ok as long as it's not copyrighted music.
I know that images and video of IRL gore is obviously against the rules, but does audio of actual people actually dying break the rules too?
Wouldn't have known if you hadn't mentioned it. Crappy as it is, it's not rule breaking audio. :\
It is crappy, so v0te as you wish. I'd bet on a blam.
