You get nothing simply for posting here. You have to flag the item with the little flag button above the submission to get credit for anything.
There's no first-come-first-pointed rule as far as flagging goes, so anyone who flags a submission will get a point, as long as the flag is correct. For example, people will flag an adult rated submission for being pornography. Real porno isn't allowed, so if that's the case, it would be removed and any flags would gain points. If it's a drawn/animated porno, however, and is correctly rated A, then it's not rule-breaking and points would be lost for an incorrect flag.
Use your judgement, and don't go strictly by what's mentioned here, as sometimes, people do report things only to find that they are not rule-breaking, and thus, points are lost for the bad flag.
