No, but you might be able to convince the higher ups to get you to be a higher up, since your account is old and has WAAAAAAAAY higher stats compared to all of NG management combined. After having shitflagged to the point of spam, having a garbage whistle and getting all the way back to deity.
In some more years, you'll have broken the 100,000 EXP cap, too. The system might overload with voting power and implode on itself. A thumbs based rating system might then be put in place where you buy thumbs for EXP to rate content or something, I dunno.

Maybe it could be applied to the badge points or something... But then it would have to be something obscene for stat things... Like from level 60 it goes to level 1 and then every 10 levels it would only boost you up by like an extra 3% power or something

As for reseting the whistle, I don't know. Maybe a hardcore flagging mode? I don't know how that would be like. Then again, what do I know about how many flags it takes to get to Deity?

A level reset would be more tedious if the max was set to 99 at 100k EXP. Reaching that point would take decades though, let alone a reset and grind the whole way back. Although if a level reset was available at 100k EXP, permanent free supporter status would be a big award for getting to the max a second time, since it takes a dedicated user to vote so much for so many years over literally half of a lifetime. If that's the case, the account could be passed on to the next of kin as inheritance along with everything else...
