First of all, thank you for the response. I wasn't sure how the whistles worked. To be honest I was never really in complete understanding lol.
Also the FNF fandom seems to have a massive following here. Is basically anything utilizing FNF a rip off? The animation style is fairly unique and the fandom here is on the same level as Sonic.
more no than yes to that question

examples of things that are allowed based on the rules:
Your submission must not be a modified version of someone else's work, including tutorial files.
You must be the creator and owner of the content you are submitting.
You must credit and have rights to the music in your submission
Do not submit copyrighted video clips or photographs you did not create.
original style of animation and although the music is not credited it gets a pass because mostly everyone knows the audio location if they know FNF
the original artist is the original creator of the mod and he interlaces the mod with cutscenes
------
fails to meet the standards of the rules above because the content is not created by the submitter https://gamebanana.com/mods/320596 or https://gamejolt.com/games/TailsGetsTrolled/646581
the audio link should be listed out to these creators
and the little side marker for the combo counter is the exact same mod that can be seen with this youtube video
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5zEFptCSQLI&ab_channel=RainyCobra
and this content submitter is already on suspicion of attempting to bend the rules as @Pokemonpoeguygcn is already questioning the validity of having a mostly slideshow style animation to voice acting as a movie submission
