they could be after-effects but it definitely does not contain any animation, and it's debatable if its more so a music video or a live-action, the fact that the creator has given us the lyrics points toward a music video. The main point is that there is no defined animation, rather just some camera effects in a music video
Its something that I would call as well as it does not really fit into the Newgrounds idea
