This is your self-awarded with honorary supporter status of June, self-promoted and self-recruiting Lieutenant General speaking. You seem like you could use a hand by having me use the BLAMz00kas to sh00t n0 eff0rt submissi0ns. You may notice my profile page has no favorites (this is intentional and planned to be used as a place that I'll use to post suspicious submissions to be flagged). ROTC members can check it for whistle improvement practice. As for the rest of you soldiers, you can also use this service.
Now that that's clear, where do we fill out the paperwork for joining?
Well, first off, mister Redmage4, no one calls attention here in the Barracks unless you're a ranking officer - and you're not. There is a level of protocol and respect that will be maintained at all times, and by all members and visitors.
Secondly, this is not a "blam club" - we encourage all to vote fairly and with their own discretion, and it is actually against our manifesto to openly target any submission and promote it as blammable. We are tasked with the monitoring and removal of rule-breaking submissions (stolen, re-uploaded blams, copywritten material, improper maturity level, etc.). Submissions that are not rule breaking, but just poor quality / no effort are not our problem. If everyone votes fairly, these poor submissions will fall out on their own.
Thirdly, rule breaking submissions are generally reported here, reviewed by the mods, and handled rather quickly. We do not require a separate posted list. While you are certainly free to maintain your own list and do with it as you please, it is not needed here in the Barracks. The ROTC officers will work on their whistles primarily by checking on improper reviews for submissions, and again, each will flag an entry as they see fit. They are taught what to look for - but not told what to do.
I can appreciate your enthusiasm, so I invite you to visit our website and read our Code of Conduct to become more familiar with us, our history, and what we stand for.
When you have, think about if you're ready for the responsibility of being an Elite Guard. If you still do, then try your request again. We'll be here...
