Here's another odd case.
#837672: Piko's Butt Shake by ThatBunnyDude
I wouldn't call this stolen, but it wasn't made specifically for this submission. Most of the content in this submission, aside from one guy at the end, is a looping animation commissioned by SimplifyAM and drawn by Joao Periera
It could possibly violate these specific guidelines:
= You must be the creator and owner of the content you are submitting.
= Your submission must not be a modified version of someone else's work, including tutorial files.
Original (even though it was in the description)
NOTE: Keep in mind that this user has done three other dubs derived from content made by the same artist, so it's very likely they know each other and JP hadn't accepted the invite yet. Don't flag immediately, but think to yourself, Should this be allowed?
IMO no. A few months ago I made this thread outlining why comic dubs shouldn't be accepted on NG and came to the conclusion that because they generally take less effort than a regular animation (since the content was already there and all they needed to do was add audio) and doesn't require the uploader to do any original artwork (instead ask a semi-popular artist to let them use their content).
This butt shake submission could be removed for the same reason because I'm seeing something similar happen here (they also created the 'Treasure' comic dub I used in my thread).
