If it blams, he'll have 2x blams in a short period and he'll get an auto-ban for a while.

You should be able to make that determination yourself. Always v0te on crappy submissions (never vote 1, always 0 or 2 and higher), but only flag rule-breaking ones, and it's only necessary to report urgent ones here, or ones that slipped past Judgement that are rule-breaking.

Okay, this is an interesting one. So this is based on the first episode of the anime Initial D. Half of the episode is created by the uploader (the 3D portion) while the other half are scenes from the original anime (the 2D portion).
