I don't know, how to make reports exactly but it should be reported for stolen art or spam since they used bases and didn't draw anything.
By the way, can I join the Elite Guard Barracks ? It's common for me to see stolen and bad submissions in the movie portal
Maybe I can help to prevent bad submissions from passing judgment.
We still roleplay (see first page) but unless a moderator objects, anyone is free to join the Barracks for reports and contributions. NG will never have enough Portal quality checkers especially in those dire days of trolling, account smurfing and whatnot.
As for the ratings, just flag as improper to ask a moderator via reports or you can also DM the user about it when it's not a shitpost like this one (as they won't read the DM unless you are a moderator yourself, or the site administrator).

I see this so often it's not even funny, but most of the time the reports don't even get cleared if the description is "not my game", "got it from Google", etc, because it could also be bait to get the flagger in trouble. Never ever fall for this and double-check yourself, and never flag/kill entries for points. Points are overrated. I won't stress this enough, and I've told Tom about it in detail. Multiple times, in fact.
Moderators have to double-check the reports when they clear it so a simple "stolen, user admits to it" is not enough and tons of copypasted Barracks reports add stress and time.

@Asandir - Adding to this one that Melty Blood music is copyrighted by Type-Moon but I'm not sure if Tom cares about Japanese companies going after NG for audio copyright issues. Capcom on the other hand mostly operates from North America for takedowns.
