Thread lurker here merely wanting to put in my two cents. This is yet another example of why I have a love-hate relationship with technology in general. It's kinda like an ex-lover who's an ex for a good reason but you like 'em enough that you're still friends and go visit them.
Friendly reminder why I'm lurking: don't seek to join the barracks as I'd rather use that time for other priorities, but I did fav the thread so I'd know which submissions to look out for and/or avoid.

That is a different thing. Because FNF is open source, it's really easy to make small changes and resubmit the result here. From my understanding of the rules, those submissions are not allowed.

Live-action is fine on Newgrounds as long as it's done to the community's standards and doesn't get blammed to my knowledge, here are some examples:
Game mods are not allowed since they are practically the same game being uploaded only slightly altered that isn't even the uploader's entire creation, would also just end up cluttering the portal.
