That is a different thing. Because FNF is open source, it's really easy to make small changes and resubmit the result here. From my understanding of the rules, those submissions are not allowed.

Live-action is fine on Newgrounds as long as it's done to the community's standards and doesn't get blammed to my knowledge, here are some examples:
Game mods are not allowed since they are practically the same game being uploaded only slightly altered that isn't even the uploader's entire creation, would also just end up cluttering the portal.

Yeah, I should've been more specific. I don't have a problem with watermarks overall. That particular watermark means it was freebooted and reuploaded here.
