Recently, I have communicated with SFC Kruno5 and he has expressed interest in formally joining the Elite Guard Barracks. While cursory inspection of his account and history seem adequate, it is the process and policy of the Elite Guard that all senior officers should individually review the applicant's account for themselves. and report their recommendations to me. This should include any relevant information, positive or negative, that supports your findings. Based on your responses and input, if they all support the candidates request, we can then include all members on an acceptance vote.

I do appreciate your passion and desire to join the Elite Guard, but to be formally accepted as a full guard, you need to be of rank Private or better, a Silver whistle, and display a history of fair voting and meaningful posts. It is obvious that you have just started your journey here at Newgrounds, and it could take a while before you reach Private.
But don't get discouraged. We do have an ROTC program designed to help beginners get acclimated to the structure and discipline of the Elite Guards. You'll need to reach the level of "Portal Security", and once you do, you can request entry to the ROTC program. Please read that page, along with the other informational pages on the site, and think about it.
Do you think you have what it takes to become an Elite Guard? If so, then go build up your account and show us what you're made of!
