If you check the description you'll notice they put in the name of the original artist in one of them, and "unknown" in the other one, so they're both stolen and they couldn't even find the source for one of them.

Yeah, basically it was his friend's comic that he and some voice actors voiced. I think it's fine since his buddy gave him permission and it does have some entertainment value. For who? I don't know, not me, but I can't think of any rule it actually breaks. I checked them out just to see what was up with them this morning and they seem fine.
