So evidently, the visualizer is Audio React, and is not anything he animated himself. So, it's audio submitted to the wrong Portal, and visuals that he did not create.

The original template was "Audio React" yes, but a heavily modified version which was created, scripted and rendered by me.
There are plenty of modified and derivative works on Newgrounds, (mario, link, pico, to name a few) just come forward and say that music is not allowed on the NG portal. It's much easier for musicians to not repeat the same mistake, as oppose to us thinking we did something wrong.

You've been an NG member for 16 years. Have you ever read the Newgrounds Wiki: Game and Movie Guidelines? If you had you would know that your submissions were breaking the rules. This one in particular.
'Do not submit something that is merely a sound visualizer set to music, or a recording of your music project timeline. If you want to promote your song in the movie portal, it should be set to original animation like a proper music video; otherwise stick to the Audio Portal.'
Music IS allowed on the NG Portal but only when it's done right.

I think this is okay. I know there isn't much animation but it's there. Technically no rules broken.

The rule is that canon age doesn't matter, only how the character looks in the artist's rendition. Plenty of artists make adult versions of characters that were originally children, or vice versa, so canon age isn't a good metric.
