I tried it and I got 1 message a few times, and 2 messages another time. The game resets and I play again. I wish I knew what the messages say. The one that says "Крушение!" when you die means "wreck!" according to google translate.

It doesn't change the browser or the computer, bro. It pops up browser messages, as opposed to an in-game message. Many Newgrounds game do that, and while I don't know how or why a browser popup is better than an in-game message, they do show up. Have you ever seen any popup on Newgrounds that says something like "uploads.ungrounded.net..." This gives the same, and I think it has something to do with behind the scenes functions or memory on the site. None the less, they're less convenient, but mostly safe messages. These are those type of messages. ...just in russian.

I would count this as an unimpressive, but functional, and safe game.

I think I uploaded my friends audio years and years ago because somewhere it stated something along the lines of managers are allowed to post the submissions as they were part of the team. He didn't want to upload them himself so he granted me permission to upload them and said I could manage his uploads, hence I thought I was in position to be his "manager" and submit them.

That would most likely be one of the jobs of a manager anyway. Nobody would have known any difference if I would have just made an alt and submitted them for him claiming to be him. It would never come up because he wanted them posted on the site anyway.

To answer your question though. Why someone would just post someone else's work without permission and not think that it's against the rules of any site or life in general is besides me though.

Barracks Roster as of May 1st, 2019:

Can you believe that it's already May? Yeah, it's been more rainy than usual here on the East Coast, but it sure as hell beats snow and ice. The days are getting longer, I'm actually getting back to the home office BEFORE sunset, and generally feeling better overall. Hopefully, all of you are enjoying the gradual change from spring to summer. I chalk it up to all of the trees and flowers in bloom - all that extra photosynthesis pumping out clean oxygen.

Anyways, April was a mixed month - we had a lot more activity in the barracks, with EGSC @Exedor, EGSC @Guthrie, EGG @Perigrinus and EGLG @Lizzardis really stepping up and keeping the forum humming like a well-oiled machine. Well done, all! *Salutes*

However, overall b/p points dropped by about 10% from last month, which would imply that portal entries slowed down a little bit. I bet "Spring Break" kept most of the these folks off the computer and enjoying some time off at a beach or wherever they had holiday. Let's see if May picks up.

Oh yes! I was gonna report that, but I completely forgot. Believe it or not, it's not the first time. We had a Chinese ad once... or a couple times. Something like that. I'm just imagining the conversations that went on:
