I feel like this would be okay if they didn't use the actual footage and tried to do something new with it and actually animate it. One thing I've been thinking about is: who are we to decide what counts as quality and what doesn't? Is it just a matter of effort shown. I mean, this would actually be kind of funny if it was edited better and animated. Though nevermind me, I'm not a member of the EGB.

No, it doesn't work for me either. I just get a screen that tells me that the game is trying to "flush cache and force reload".
The only positive review on the game was left by an account that was just created today. So, it was probably created within the last hour or so, depending on time zones. I think it's an alt made by the author to leave a positive review to make it sound like the game actually works for someone.

Barracks Roster as of September 1st, 2018:
Well, summer is almost over, and I miss it already. In a few days I will have to deal with moms in SUVs and fleets of orange school buses clogging up the local roads as I try to wind my way to my client's offices in the morning. I have to be careful when I leave - a few minutes too late and I'll get stuck behind a local bus that stops on every corner to pick up one kid who was waiting in their mom's car because god forbid a 10 year old could actually wait outside for the bus by themselves. It's crazy - when I was growing up, my mom made sure I was dressed appropriately for the weather, and then booted me out the door to wait on a corner two blocks away with my friends. Yes, I had to keep an eye out for the wandering mastodons, saber-tooth tigers, man-eating plants and the occasional tar-pit, but it built up character, self-esteem and a sense of responsibility. In many years of going to school, I only lost one friend to a charging herd of wild bison - I told him to get out of the way, and he insisted that if he stood perfectly still, they would run around him. But apparently, the bison didn't read that part in National Geographic, and stomped him into two dimensions. The rest of us learned that lesson, and gave those beasts wide berths.
Anyway, I digress - August was a great month for the barracks ! Peregrinus has been promoted to captain - well done, soldier! *Salutes* and many members reached some wonderful milestones. One big one for me personally is that I have reached experience level 60 - yes, over 10 years of activity finally achieved!
Let's not forget Exedor and Guthrie, who have been very active in the forums, tracking down the trash and helping others as they need it.

I am very happy with all the progress the barracks made this month, and it makes me proud to serve with such a fine group of users who really are important to keeping Newgrounds a good place for all.

After careful review of the candidates account, along with high recommendations from RECO Sgt. @ADR3-N , Captain @Peregrinus and others, I am pleased to announce that the candidate has been officially accepted into the Barracks R.O.T.C. program.
As a member of the R.O.T.C., P.O. thegamingtrickster will be required to follow all rules and regulations of the Elite Guard as he hones his skills and polishes up any rough edges in the grooming process of eventually becoming a fully active member of the Barracks. When the candidate reaches the level of "Private", a review of his account history, reviews and all activities will be performed by the command staff. At that point, a decision will be made to either promote the candidate to full officer, or discharge them from the program. Based on the current candidate's account and history, I have full faith that when the time comes, the decision will be an easy one.
All members, please welcome P.O. thegamingtrickster to the Elite Guard, and help guide him any way you can as he sharpens his skills and strives to become the elite officer I know he can be.
