Sorry about that - I will make that text change ASAP - Also, along those lines, the monthly roster may be late a day - I was making the changes to all of the other stat handlers (due to the page layout changes on the user pages) and I forgot about the EGB scanner. I should be able to patch that up tonight or tomorrow, and clean up the roster database.

I'm also working on a new version of the Windows-based NGStats scanner (for the likes of @CyberDevil and others) to handle the new layouts. The main executable and the supporting INI files need to be tweaked.

However, just to let you all know - I plan on moving all of these utilities to a web/server based set of programs that are mobile-friendly in the next few months. The new site will have the functionality of NGLogs, with automatic monthly data collection for automated list management - and even a page that will replace Portal Guard. All of the NG Log history will be converted and transferred, so no one should worry. I have been working on this for a while, and the pieces are falling into place.

I've been in touch with Tom and the developers here and they are kicking around the idea of creating an API that I can use to gather user info, rather than scraping web pages. That would be cool - but I figure that will wait until they are finished settling in with the other site changes here in Newgrounds.

I very much hope that @Agg1 will saddle up with us!

Age ratings are a hard one because the rating is generated based on how honest the uploader is when filling out the below survey (see image).

If you can piggyback a little (and again, at your own risk) on the flags from other users with better whistles it can help bring you back into a normal whistle.

Once you get Normal again, take your time. It took me probably 1-2 years of reporting to bring mine to where it is.

I would definitely not focus on submissions with improper content ratings unless it's an egregious misclassification; something like pornography being rated E. Other than that, it's a subjective thing and you're bound to mess up your whistle sooner or later (as you've learned).

Going through the Audio Portal and flagging stolen audio is a really easy way to improve your whistle level because there are tons of stolen audio submissions and it's an objective classification.

AP is a good place to start because despite everyone’s best efforts we still see 10+ stolen submissions a day. I’ll be returning to my regular listmaking soon, but in the meantime there are always submissions which are easy bait by including where they stole them from. A quick look (I’m on mobile) yields some easy low-hanging fruit like this:

Double cool. I've been anticipating this. I'll warm up to the lack of a Portal Guard app eventually I suppose. Although I still really would like something like that so I don't have to have my Opera open all the time.
