This seems to use a large portion of an episode of Blue's clues as well as music from the show. The only things that aren't ripped straight from the show are the white backgrounds and text. Should I report this, and if so, what would be the category?

Has anyone else been having issues modifying Flag reports? I went back to include the link you'd provided, and it showed as a blank form as if I hadn't done one. Then I went back a page, clicked it again, and it had the info as I'd filled it out.

Greetings, citizen. You lack sufficient rank to enlist at the Barracks, but you're welcome to hang out and report stolen/malicious submissions from the Game and Movie portals. Note, if you'd like to report audio, the Audio Portal Cleanup thread in the Audio forum is for that. The Art forum doesn't have one of these since the Portal seems to work fine without it. I suppose if you see something you're not sure about, you could always PM an art mod, though.

If you want to get credit for your reports, please file them on the submission page by using the little flag button. This sends a short message to all of the moderators for that portal, so be sure to include any evidence you have that the submission may be rule breaking. Otherwise someone might think you're being a troll and dismiss the report. If you have a habit of giving false reports, your whistle will turn garbage, and your flags will not show up anymore. If you flag only those submissions that are rule breaking and they get removed, you will get credit, which will increase your whistle rank and thus your ability to flag down moderators.

In short, helping out NG gets you swag, not to mention lends you toward meeting the requirements to join the EGB.

If interested, you'll need a silver whistle, Private B/P rank, a decent number of constructive reviews, and a clean posting history (basically, don't be a Sekhem in General).

Please do not forget the possibility of @Agg1 joining our ROTC program. To me it looks like @Agg1 can qualify in a short amount of time with a little effort.

I am copy/pasting the short overview of the ROTC program below from an earlier post (full overview here):

The ROTC program will open a door once again to new members of Newgrounds who want to work with a group to become better at protecting the portal, and eventually hone their skills to be qualified members of the Elite Guard.

Minimum Requirements for Entry into the ROTC program

a. A Blam/Protect rank of "Portal Security" or above (400 B/P minimum).
b. Normal Whistle status (Bronze would be nice).
c. Sufficient posting quality (minimal one-liners, intelligent posts that contribute to threads, etc).
d. Sufficient review quality (helpful and civil, with constructive criticism, regardless of the flash or author).
e. No outstanding bans or recent disreputable behavior.
f. No zero-effort flashes (static images, single frames, tiny loops, etc).

If you do meet the minimum requirements, here's the process for admission:

1. Publicly request to be considered for admission to the ROTC program by posting in the Elite Guard Barracks.
2. RECO EDM364 will review your profile and your account history, and determine if you qualify.
3. If you do NOT qualify, you will be advised how to remedy that, and your application put on hold. CBO EGSC Byteslinger may override at any time according to her discretion.
4. If you DO qualify, you will be asked to review the Manifesto, Code of Conduct and the Rules of the EGB, and confirm that you have indeed read them - and understand what is asked of you. Ranking members will have 24 hours to make sure that there are no objections to your admittance. If there are issues (rare), a discrete PM explaining the discussion will be sent, and your request for ROTC admission will be denied for now.
5. If no one has any doubts about your potential, you will be formally accepted into the ROTC program courtesy CBO EGSC Byteslinger.

All active members (Officers, Elite Guards and ROTC) will appear on one roster - we are all in one squad, standing united for what is right in Newgrounds.

I'm seeing the portal flagging is working fine, but I'd heard that the AP flag system was bunked after the page update (thus my mass posting in AP cleanup). Any news on when that may be resolved?

Fair enough. I just don't have the energy to spend my usual 2+ hours in a text document today, but planned on doing some hunting anyways. Maybe tomorrow I'll be up to a full post.

Not sure where the older two are from, but fairly in depth functionality for 14 if the age is to be believed. The art links back to a deviantart which is a mishmash of so many art styles it's hard to think they were all done by one person.

Actually, a closer look and you'll see that they're all or mostly stolen. Some are stolen (I'm talking about the dA ones), and some are part stolen and part drawn over screen images. This user had been submitting them to the Art Portal, but I kept removing things. The ones now on her userpage are traced, but not rulebreaking, so that's why they're still there. :\

There has been plenty of stolen work this last week. Any chance it has something to do with summer approaching?

How could anyone in this group know the causal relationship between people submitting stolen flash and this specific time of the year? Could it be that summer is approaching? Yeah, but I would just as likely attribute the recent behavior to randomness.

Summer is when all the kids have vacation, and plenty of free time to steal flash projects. I was just thinking out loud. It could be just a random event.

Summer is still more than a month away for most of the US. If you want to attribute it to anything weather related, I would say it's the recent patch of unseasonally cold weather, but again, it's more likely randomness.

Huh, it must be my flash player. I tried it in both my Edge and Chrome and I still got the same results.

I was able to replicate the issue in Edge, and allowing flash didn't change it off a blank screen (which can be clicked through to the site you linked before). For whatever reason, it hasn't given me an issue in Chrome. Firefox worked as well.

Not sure what the problem is, since it can be replicated but only to a point. Do any other games made in Clickteam Fusion have issues? If the one below fails to load, it may be on your end?

Someone who works with statistics should know randomness doesn't exist. Something, somewhere has caused a shift in the force. The EGB must prepare for unseen enemies.

Works for me as well, though it's not much good and its assets are probably just ripped from (as opposed to inspired by) undertale. I fear this submission is not long for this world. Loads almost instantly though.

Might not be a flash problem, this engine does have a flash export option but at a guess I'd say this is HMTL5.
