It seems to have been uploaded a few times by the same person. Maybe it has appeared in some other way before. Either way, I decided to flag it with this justification:

"I'm not sure if the entire thing is taken, I would suspect not. But the first 20 seconds has taken all material (visuals and sound) from the actual Sword Art Online anime, which is probably not a good idea for a site such as Newgrounds. The only thing changed is that the quality is worse."

The way I understand it, Newgrounds is pretty strict with copyrighted material after all.

It's just a blank screen for me.

Same, I left it to load for a while and nothing. The description is just pasted from the wikipedia page of the film Red Heat. Whether it was intended to be functional or not it's some caliber of shitpost no doubt.
