Barracks Roster as of June 1st, 2017:

It's been a busy month around here at the Barracks, and I'm glad. We did some spring cleaning and added our newest member to the ranks, Captain @Guthrie. @GameJunkie, @Exedor , @DeftonesFan665 and @EDM364 have been particularly busy knocking down the crap and mopping up the mess - we salute you for another month of a job well done!

We haven't had much chatter about the ROTC program, so maybe we should advertise more, possibly in the General forums - get the word out that if you miss the NGPD, you can now fit into the EGB as a cadet in training! Hopefully, we can pick up a few good candidates in the next couple of months. If you happen to notice a particular new user who is doing a great job on their own, you should reach out and ask if they would be interested in joining.

There was a time when we were well known by all; now, not so much. We just need to get the word out (nicely, without being annoying) and see who listens.

Now that summer is approaching, I know that some of you may actually leave your domiciles more frequently, and that's a good thing - real life can be fun, if taken in occasional small doses. So if you're going to be away on vacation or travel, just let us know when, and we'll make sure your post is covered!

Because reasons. Same way people keep voting something other than zero on repeated demo versions of games, mdgani and nsr's daily shovelware, etc etc. At least a lot of the Madness "tests" are getting blammed now (although a lot of the less shitty ripoffs seem to get underdog/review crew weekly as there's a huge review five circlejerk with people that actually like the crap)

To anybody thinking of Flagging the recent Happy Tree Friends movies that have been uploaded. PLEASE, if you're going to report them as stolen (fairly certain they're not) don't just link us Portal Mods to mondomedia.com there's literally hundreds of hours of footage on there and without a direct link to the SUPPOSEDLY stolen stuff it would be a nightmare to find.

It seems he may be using the music and the opening from the show, but the actual content does indeed seem to be created by someone other than the original HTF creators. These are actually pretty good. So, until we discover otherwise...

Perhaps actually being a part of this club again, may give me a bit of a nudge in order to be more active. Perhaps check in once every couple of days, instead of once a month. Besides, the portal isn't going to guard itself, is it?

@EDM364 , this is a case of reinstating an old member that left on good terms. Go ahead and check out his recent history of reviews and posts (as a technicality) to make sure all is well , and report back to me with your recommendation, please.

About that though, I also can't promise that I will be able to report content as well as I'm used to. Perhaps the obvious stuff, but I haven't been well up on what exists, and what doesn't, so please excuse me if I'm a bit rusty in that area. My whistle hasn't been thoroughly blown, in a while. (Yes Byte, you may take that as a euphemism ;P)

Don't look at me - I ain't blowin' your whistle, either - I mean, I like you and all, but a lady has to draw the line somewhere. Besides, you know the saying: "Once you try Byte, there is no other delight" - don't want to ruin it for the young birds on that side of the pond...hehehehe...
