Yup. Just cuz it's one word doesn't mean it's flaggable. If one review is "Great!" and 5 stars, is that abusive? How about "Shit." and 0 stars? One word is not always auto-flaggable.

That "Great" example from above was an actual example, and the person that flagged that was indeed punished. When punished, you lose a bit of cred. If you do it enough, then your whistle rank drops to Garbage. If it's only occasional, then your correct flags surpass the hit and nothing notable shows on the whistle status. :)

So, to be clear, 0 stars and "Shit" would be abusive, or no? I wish the review guidelines had examples of what constructive, useless, and abusive reviews look like.
