If you don't have proof that it is stolen, don't bother.

Better answer is asking to 'verify' if it could be stolen or Youtube content.

The new categories for reporting are kind of confusing. We don't often punish for wrong category reports. Music copyrights aren't as important in the animations as they are in the Audio Portal, similarly to how copyrighted game sprites aren't as important in animations as they would be in games.

You're ranked as Police Officer, which I think is the minimum required B/P rank. However, you still have a normal whistle level, and the requirement is a Silver Whistle. Keep reporting things and your whistle rank will grow. :)

Anyone can post here as long as they come here to report something or to ask questions about reporting submissions. You know, as long as someone comes here and does stuff of that nature, they're free to post here.

Maybe it wasn't like that back in the day. Maybe only members or people who wanted to be members were the only ones allowed to post here. I wouldn't know because I became a member back in 2013.

After about 5 seconds, it actually does something. It's still flashy after that, and noise spammy. Has a great chance at blam, so I'll leave it a bit longer. If it passes, tho...
