I'm so sorry to hear about your Dad. My father passed away 9 years ago, and I still miss him so much. All we can do is keep doing our best, and make them proud of the people we are. As for your I.T. guy, I know you'll never get another one as good as he is, but if you have any questions or issues, please feel free to ask me - that's what I do IRL.
