Shovelware/tutorial/template/sucky game. I'll remove it if it passes, but it's so bad, I expect a blam, so hold up on the removal of that one.
Find it difficult that this buggy mess managed to get through UJ without any sort of shenanigans.

Actually, this was recently discussed in the Mod Forums. For now, yes, er um, I mean, no! It's a situation where we um get kinda busy and don't um quite get around to y'know, reviewing, moderating, or removing it right away. Of course, should Nintendo's law staff request a review of the offending submissions, we will of course get right on that! Cuz, y'know, we can't have fun games that people put work into on here if they contain Nintendo stuff. It would make this site fun and give the game creator impetus to continue and create more games, which of course, would be completely wrong, since, y'know, they used Nintendo assets. So yes, next time you run across a submission like this you should -oh, look! Is that a goomba outside your window?! Yes, you should look away to your window to check for y'know, stuff, and things. ...ahem...

Now that you mention it, that game seems more like being about a Sicilian contractor named Marlo, who goes around stomping on "boomgas" and "pookas" on the mushroom county. What's a nintendo anyways ? Some Japanese salad dressing ? Is that a bird ? BRB . . .

It's been over a decade since it's happened, but my anti-virus says that this game is running something nasty, specifically EXP/Flash.EB.532 This happen to anyone else?

Always vote appropriately for the submission. As for if it's acceptable or not, well, good ol friggin gokindaanimate makes the pieces, but it is the author who has to shit it ou- er, um, I mean, put it all together, and in the Animation Portal, unfortunately, that's enough to allow it to stand.
He has had submissions blammed, so by all means, v0te t0 y0ur heart's c0ntent!

I gave it a go and got nothing. Not a bad game though and some medals to boot.

It looked like the Russian version of my anti-virus software added it to the internationally banned list, though no reason was listed, perhaps it's a Flash cookie or persistent web beacon. Didn't see that particular file pop up on any other AV shit lists... so yeah, it's likely safe.

Anyways, it was a good month - first, let's all congratulate Commander DeftonesFan665 on her latest promotion - well done, soldier! *Salutes*

My Norton is expired, and while they used to just leave it running and stop the updates, they now shut down their antivirus altogether. I haven't had the money to re-up, so without any AV since February, I opted to let y'all check dat one out. :3
