I've seen this pic before on flappy clones. This one appears to be just a complete rip of a game, or a stencyl template. Descrip is illegible too. Definitely stolen.

They use characters of various tv/comic shows in low effort games... those accounts that end in juegos appear pretty often.

For future reference you need to report any/all Audio theft to an Audio Mod. The Elite Guard Barracks is for reporting Movies/Games.
