You can see the comments I wrote for clickbot's and zebb, and his reply here in my review history (dated July 15) (sorry, idk how to get the direct link of a review)
All his games are embedded in that same service called clickteam but now posted in a way we can't see it. (In his 1st game he removed, you could see the buttons to his clickteam folder and it clearly showed it was monetized.)
Clickteam is a service to make and/or upload & host games, they have an option to monetize games by putting them in frames.

I'm not sure the US law apply on here, the international domain of the Internet. For example it's illegal to perform a Nazi salute in Germany but here in the UK we can goose step with the worst of them. Basically I'm defending the right to make 9/11 jokes, it has been an age anyway.
