The first 50 seconds is some sort of 3D animation the rest is live action and is asking for donations, don't really know where Newgrounds stands on this sort of thing.

Shovelware is like the mythical Hydra - we cut off one head, and two more grow back. It's a never-ending battle for the fine folks here at the front lines, like DefTonesFan665, GameJunkie and Exedor, who never cease to stay on top of all of this crap.
As far as the EGB itself - well, it's been quiet - not a whole lot of senseless banter that we used to have; many members are caught up IRL and don't frequent the forums as they used to. We're doing okay - just need to liven it up a bit.

This guy's using characters/art from MikuMikuDance, which counts as their art & characters. Also, the clip is stolen from Spongebob, which isn't that big of a deal, but given the stolen MMD characters, it's reportable. He mentions that he doesn't own them in his author comments. He's a repeat offender in the Art Portal too.
