No, you need to be atleast a Private. Besides that - and it is not my decision to judge if you are fit to request to join- your post quality is to say it nicely pretty lackluster - tons of oneliners, riddled with just images even. Also you don't blam at all, which makes you look like someone who doesn't vote fairly. Even nowadays you should have more than just 35 blams, total. If you would be a Private with the same stat ratio and post behaviour - I would vote against you joining and I am 100% that the rest of the EGB would do the same, just being honest here with you.
So work heavily on all those things and vote fairly to get your next rank and then you might ask to join, byteslinger is responsible for getting the rest going then.

At the end of the first level, the game requests you to download the latest version of Adobe Flash Player in order to advance to the next level. I haven't clicked on the download button, since it may possibly be a link to rogue software. Either way, asking to update Flash when the game was already playable in the first level is unacceptable.

Yeah, that was malware. To put it in a different context, it's like if you were using Word and you got a popup that said you needed to update Word to type anything past the first page.
Whenever I click on a nearby tile, a new tab opens up saying "414 Request-URI Too Large".
I find that hilarious, actually. It makes me wonder what kind of computer the programmer has. Yes, it's an incomplete, buggy, and unplayable game, and therefore it must be removed.

Authors comments: I made this game to celebrate Cartoon Network's 20th anniversary. You can play as a Nood and talk to people.
Now lets see, Cartoon Networks 20th Anniversary was last year, yet the flash is clearly dated 2004.
