Now we gotta start looking out for any and all Mario games? Guess Tom will have to make a proper news post on the subject soon. Can't imagine the little red bricks he shit out when he opened that letter from Nintendo. And to think, this thread started so innocently.
Vault 101 I have (LOST) many old and deleted Flash submissions, (you can't) PM me (dammit Tom) the filename, maybe I (godhelpmeonedayIwill) got it.
Noise spam starts at about :30 or so.

Ok, we've got some resubmitting going on here. This guy keeps submitting the same thing and removing it before it gets blammed. Then he resubmits under a new title.
The flash is a mushroom walking across a field, he says 'ungh' and then the end screen happens. This was the second or even third time I saw it, so I reviewed it:
Don't let the icon fool you. It's about a mushroom. Here's the most recent submission, which is at least the third, and maybe the fourth one:
The only difference in this one is that the facebook and twitter links have been removed from the end screen.
It's got 1 picture, nothing more. It says something in arabic, and the author comments are questionable. Dunno if it's a joke or not. It's still nothing more than a pic, tho, and it would not be missed.
Well, the dog days of summer are here. That big, burning globe that most of us pasty white geeks shun is doing it's worst, trying to catch us off guard and fry us like bacon. But we know better - we hide inside, basking in the cold glow of our oversized LED screens, living in a world not too far from our bathroom.
But I digress.
As a point of note, our most recent recruit, Supreme Commander Exedor, is rockin' the forum, with over 8 posts per day on average! GameJunkie is another heavy hitter, and between these two, nothing is slipping through the cracks. Well done, indeed! *Salutes*
And let's congratulate Asandir, who just ranked up to General - and well deserved, at that.
Finally, let's not forget our lovable and curmudgeonly Coop, who is quietly regaining his stance as a continual top point leader, and being a shining example of what we're all about - speak softly, but carry a big, honkin' stick!

Reality is that I unpublish those things the second I see them. Sadly he can submit it again and again. They also went from being screamers to flashes that try to open his youtube reviews in tons of pop ups.
Apparently this guy isn't getting the message either. Resubmitted this crap again.

What exactly is with the whole Nintendo thing anyway? Is it an Angry Birds-style blackout or something else? Because I just noticed that Super Mario 63 is gone and I'm really bummed out.

Nintendo sent a DMCA and the admins had to unpublish over 500 flash games that featured assets and characters from Nintendo to evade any legal consequences. To me it seems like Nintendo is lately on a roll when it comes do making their fans upset, they also went against Let's Plays for a bit.

I knew about the LP thing already. Looks like they completely ignored that backlash if they're doing the same thing here. Oh, and that that didn't really answer my question. Is it against the rules now to have any Nintendo assets/anything in games?

file was swapped

spacegod105 is a thief. I've had numerous art removed that was stolen, and his audio was stolen too. The non-working game fits the pattern.
Obvious lazy edit of the Stencyl Jump and Run kit. Heck, a chunk of the level is exactly the same as the demo level in that kit.
