I'll be honest here, and I've said this before, I'm not a fan of having genre mods or whatever they're called tagging stuff as stolen, or deletion or shovelware.

I think that this practice should be stopped. There are proper channels to get that content reported, and it's not by tagging stuff. And I've seen more than once items wrongly tagged as deletion or stolen or shovelware that shouldn't be.

When I posted it, the flash wasn't even marked as any of the above. I just looked at it, and saw those things on my own. I am guessing after I posted it here genre mods tagged it as such afterwards. But even with these tags the stuff still gets pass judgement.

Not sure if it's shovelware but it's still horribly sad. WHO COMES UP WITH THESE IDEAS?

This is my first role call with The EGB, how is this going to work? Will it be done through PM or is me just posting here enough to say that I want to stay? Looking at the list it is clear that we need one as it's still a lot of users that aren't getting any B/P.

Got a huge amount of gain for me this month, probably the most gain I have ever got as my time as a Newgrounds user. Same for the amount of posts in this thread too. Now I'm in the Master Sergeant section of the list with Phantomlassuk, and by the looks of things I think that I'll easily be able to over take her and get a bit into the next rank by the next roster, helped by the fact that I'm leaving college in 3 weeks time.

Probably because they've gotten banned before and want to have an alt in case it happens again.

2 questions:
Are "escape the room" games generic enough to be shovelware? I've seen them submitted by both shovelware and legit accounts and have no idea what to make of it. I assume it depends on amount and quality, as usual?

Do you think it would be a good idea if a link to the submission guidelines was put on the portal front page? That way they would possibly be noticed and read by many more people-including the vast amount of people who click "agree" without reading it on the submission page.

This game is literally posted everywhere on the internet by numerous different authors; it was posted on kongregate twice by two different people (not even sure if either is the true author). Nevertheless, I'm pretty positive that this guy isn't the original author.

Yeah, I'm not sure that's going to happen soon again. It seems you've managed to keep up the great gains, though, well done in regards to that. I'm not sure about being back to full activity anytime soon, however I'll be doing what I can in any free time I manage to get, in the time that I was away I managed to re-establish a social life, balancing that and exams alongside Newgrounds may prove to be on the difficult side.

Wow, a sub-40 month. The cricket season has taken its toll on my pace. Hopefully I can make up for it by taking wickets and scoring runs. (Scored 16, without losing my wicket and took four wickets this month, so yes is the answer)

It's only about 6 months this time. Given that I've managed to keep the pace up, I'm not that bothered. It's nowhere near as bad as me taking a month's hiatus, is it? I was only 23 points behind making the list, so it's not all that big of a deal. I just need to make sure that I check the portal when I'm out tonight.

I'm surprised nobody saw this yet. Literally nothing but hidden letters/numbers/objects and room escape games.

Thanks for the monthly Roster byteslinger no change in my b/p ratio it is still pretty low only 1 b/p per week. Shame to see the accounts submitting shovel ware crap looks like they keep making new accounts. I cant believe the nerve of that comment not caring about stealing. Still nothing new Alvin-Earhworm I think quit making his series shame though, I liked the series. I only saw mabey like a few of his when he used to be active.

That is excellent news I thought I saw a lot of under judgement flashes today I wish I had the time to see them all! I usually watch the movies not the games. It been ages since the portal been that busy I hope it stays that way. I wonder why it is that busy Friday perhaps? I remember lots of authors submitting games on that day.
