It technically wasn't working, but Wade deleted it anyway.

I have not seen this animation yet it was UJ, I remember seeing it today in the portal then I saw Tom Fulps news post about it.
I will watch it though I wondered if anyone had seen it yet? Anyway I'm glad to see the stuff on this page being reported is getting deleted.

Indeed, it makes a nice change from a few months back when it seemed to me that we were reporting stuff and it was passing and then either just being forgotten about or getting deleted weeks later. I feel that we are taken more seriously by Tom now.
Hey there guys. I believe these go here.

I know that it isn't really relevant but I like the description, Christmas? It literally couldn't be much further away from a Christmas.

Unfortunately it made it past judgement this time. Another wasted Zero vote. Very disappointing indeed.

That is a laugh big time. But of course stolen shit like that will pass when we have people who would rather have this to fap to later, then do the right thing. Another righteous 0 wasted.

Has anyone tried to PM or IM Wade about that one yet?
Stolen flash:
The guy put an extra "L" in his username to try to fool everybody. The real author also reviewed it and said it was his.
Sorry for the double post but the ruse apparently worked as it just got Daily 3rd.

O' dear, well that is something that doesn't happen very often. I'm guessing that when it gets deleted that the 4th place will move up and so on. Then everything will be sorted out.
At 5/27/12 12:42 PM, SCTE3 wrote: Also, feel free to check Meet and Fuck Tifa again today, VadimGoD himself once again, left a review asking for its removal. Funny though since it is a very rare occasion I see that user review and last week and today I've seen him leave two reviews asking for stuff removed. Perhaps they are paying a little more attention to the portal?
It seems that the review was flagged for whistle points because I don't see his review there.

I don't think that it should be against the reviewing rules for the original artist to post a review stating that the work has been stolen from him. If so that is just wrong.

I saw both reviews left by him. He didn't actually say that he was the original creator, all he said was that it was stolen. Unless whatever review mod who saw it knew who he was beforehand, they had no way of knowing that he was the original creator.
Stolen Art
I know this isn't really the place but I thought I'd bring it up anyway. This piece is just RicePirate's profile picture.

Actually it is in the rules stating that you aren't suppose to leaves reviews saying something is stolen even if you are the original creator. Whistle whores who want the deity whistle flags those things up for the points. What is sad is that I remember when it wasn't like this because people could flag abusive flash but now we can't.

As for audio, as far as I know, always had to contact an admin since I don't think audio mods can remove audio entries, only ban users from uploading.
Yep. If I remember correctly, the flag feature was available for the audio portal a LONG time ago, but it ended up getting abused a lot. So that feature was gone after the 2007 redesign. The audio portal's equivalent of the elite guard barracks is the Audio Portal Cleanup. The only difference is that it's not an actual club.

Same guy that stole a couple of zelda hentai games yesterday.

I noticed this as well. I think we could have a few more submissions from this guy until he is stopped by the staff. Good news for our whistles but it's going to keep us on our toes looking and waiting for the next one.
Free roast chicken for the person who first sees it.

Here's another:
Unsuitable Submission
This submission contains age-rated material and requires an account to view.
It seems likely that this is just another one of the guy's alt accounts (created yesterday) which he used to get more stolen hentai submissions passed judgment. The username seems generic enough.....
At 5/30/12 12:07 PM, SCTE3 wrote: Are you sure this is stolen? I remember watching it while under judgment last night, just seems to be a joke submission or the author trying to do hentai. Then again, the uploaded stolen hentai games tend to be a lot better in quality. Any idea where this is stolen from if it is stolen?
True, you could definitely be right. The only reason why I was suspicious was because the accounts were created two days apart from each other and this flash popped up around the exact same time that the stolen content did. If it is stolen though, I'd imagine it came from either Rule34 or 4chan.
I'll check around there in the meantime.
Well it is great to see it so busy here. I remember the audio portal never went on it much though. I saw this game on the front page the account looks legit, but the submissions remind me of the other accounts which got deleted here
http://werlesss.newgrounds.com/games/
I suppose what made me think that it may be like the other accounts is the site Games for Girls not many girls on this site are there?! I was curious about this account.

That looks like something the author submitted to test some NG feature or possibly (because it's his first submission) whether it actually submitted. I think what that guideline's trying to ban is unfinished junk that are submitted as "demos" purely for the sake of submitting, e.g. "without any redeeming qualities."

Thanks for clearing that up for me. :)

it got blammed so I guess it doesn't really matter in this case. I find that most of the flash submissions with words like "first" or "test" in the title aren't worth saving anyway.
Another stolen entry. It was fishy enough that this guy made an account just today to post the
Second
part before the first, but to add the icing on the cake he even gives the original creator's name in his comments. Will they ever learn?
At 5/31/12 12:03 PM, SCTE3 wrote: I think a better question is will voters ever learn? If it has stolen and deletion tags, just vote 0 instead of 2-5. There is absolutely no reason to vote through stolen content when the user makes it obvious it is not their work.
I'll be honest here, and I've said this before, I'm not a fan of having genre mods or whatever they're called tagging stuff as stolen, or deletion or shovelware.
I think that this practice should be stopped. There are proper channels to get that content reported, and it's not by tagging stuff. And I've seen more than once items wrongly tagged as deletion or stolen or shovelware that shouldn't be.
