This submission contains images of what appear to be actual human corpses and images that depict/encourage acts of suicide and self-inflicted wounds. And the title of the submission is "Kill Yourself Slowly" by an author of the exact same username, which suggests that this submission was posted knowingly in violation of Newgrounds policy and with malicious intent.
The "Author" confesses to ripping this from YouTube in the Author Comments. Furthermore, the method used to obtain the file, the quality of the entry (or lack thereof), and the fact that the username from the "Author" on Newgrounds doesn't match up with the username on YouTube in the slightest, strongly suggests that this entry was stolen.

Anywho, whistled, taking a look at the video, you can clearly see the words, near the beginning, in perfectly visible blue text: "The following videos were stolen without permission." That's the most straightforward confession I've seen yet.
This entry is, without a doubt, stolen from YouTube, taking into consideration the low quality and the fact that the original video was posted nearly 4 years ago.

Looks like lots of the flashes on this page have been flagged. The one you linked too TheRealGamerX Mario's Castle Collab, 2, the author was deleted. I did not see that submission but its worse when it passed and wins an award. Sadly it wont be the last time it happens either. Why do people write stolen in the reviews? it wont help to get the flash removed.
