I saw that one earlier: Apparently the two artists (the submitter and the one he says it's from) work on the same submissions to the point where it's not really clear which one made what. Also, I can find no trace of either flash on the "original" artist's account either.

This is a pretty good example of why an author's comments are not to be used as conclusive proof of theft. It looks more like a grey area to me, and as per the golden rule of these things ("doubt = no flag"), I'm leaving them alone.

I had some pretty low numbers in October. School has been really tough lately, I think I will have to drop a class. I'm still making an effort though.

Well, but his nephew doesn't have a newgrounds account, so he uploaded it on his rather than have him take the trouble. Plus there's the signup dates as well.

Just thought I'd let you all know, I've been thoroughly busy with a new job I got about 2 hours away from where I live. Until I can move up there, which won't be til the end of this month probably, I will be very scarcely seen around these parts! I already get barely any sleep as it is, I spend my time at home eating then sleeping.

Yeah, it was abit of a grey area for me hence why I put 'Technically Stolen'. I thought that a submittion had to be uploaded by the creator without exception. Clearly I was wrong, I apologise.

Good work it got flagged quickly by the looks of it I did not see it though. Looking forward to this months games, Skyrim and Saints Row 3 the ones on the top of my list. Skyrim more so I think. My b/p not been to good. A good month for games anyway RDR is a awesome game. Very violent but still great fun to play. Seen some of the content on the front page anyone?

I get the feeling that the barracks has been dumbing down of late, Ladies and Gentlemen, so forgive me for treating you like children in your first year of BBS class, but this is what seems to be needed:

If someone is doing something that you feel is unacceptable on the forums, check on the FAQ. If you cannot find what you are looking for, send a PM to a moderator, preferably one who is online at that moment, so they can deal with the issue quickly.

There are moderators here for other sections as well - Audio, Art, Reviews, Icons and the like. If anything untoward falls under their remit, you may wish to pass it to them. I don't mind redirecting you to one of my colleagues in another department, that's common practice with the BBS.

I don't mean to take it out on you, Scarface. It's not just you, but we have to look at the issue that as more experienced users of the BBS, we shouldn't have to ask questions like this, here.

I tend to only give a vote, since it is pretty difficult for me to write a long judgement on a user, because my english lacks a bit. Still, I posted what I think about the candidate and casted my vote. Jolly is not very active on the forums lately, but Gimmick should see your post too. Not sure on the others.

After a long time, I'm back, and sadly, I have bad news... I wanna be discharged. I'm having a lot of troubles in real life, have a lot of stuff to do, and I'm starting to have a better social life, meeting new people, hanging out with friends, and all this kind of stuff.

I realized I don't have time for Newgrounds anymore, and that's way too fucking sad, I always loved this site, I loved to B/P, but I don't have time to do it anymore, that's why I'm leaving, I don't wanna stay here, inactive, I love this club, and I always wanted to add something to the group, now that I don't have time to do it anymore, I guess it's time to leave.

I want to thank ALL of you, you guys helped me to be a better person, you can notice that in my posts, just look at my first post and compare it to my recent posts, my English improved a lot, it's not perfect, but I can notice a great difference. My maturity changed too, I was just an idiot kid before, now, I'm a bit better (I'm still very idiot, but I did the best I could to be a good user here in the EGB and in Newgrounds as a whole).

I really wanna thank you guys, you are fucking awesome, and I'll never forget this club, an I'll never forget this site... I don't think I'll continue to lurk here in Newgrounds anymore... But, thanks, again, guys.
