No, not at this time. You need to be at least a level of Private (2,500 B/P or more), with a Bronze whistle and a good record of helpful posts and reviews. Might I recommend that you inquire over at the
Newgrounds Police Department if you are interested in joining a club to help defend the Portal. Many members of the Elite Guard first worked through the ranks at the NGPD, as it is the perfect place to learn the ropes about Portal security. Please contact their Captain, TailsPrower - I am sure he will be more than happy to chat with you and tell you about the NGPD.

I've already said a little on this in the NGPD thread, but I have to say that you guys left some pretty good impressions of places like the EGB and the NGPD on any users that happen upon the review and read it. I'm definitely glad that back in '06 I got on the boat to start posting on the site itself and happened upon a place like the NGPD. :)

Admittedly, my life got kind of rocky for the last couple of years, so I just vanished from the site without much of an explanation. Been back for almost a week now come Sunday, and I can say more than anything that it's good to be back.

Again, good job with the interview guys! Hopefully this will teach people unaffiliated with either group why we exist and why it's not a bad idea to get active in participating (and it be fun in the process).

There are numerous sites that have uploaded this video but that site up there was the first one that came up with a date which states that this flash was roaming around the internet for years.

I believe this is the 'original' piece uploaded by the author of the flash himself here in Newgrounds: http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/98 563. Though it was deleted for unknown reasons.

The guy that uploaded this flash also had several stolen content that got through, I've even still got the proof that he stole them. He had another account before this called IceBlader5000 but it was deleted after he got found stealing flash content from other users.

Hopefully this one doesn't go through but if it does I'm gonna' have to PM Wade about it.

There are exceptions to that rule though. Remember if the flash author is a popular user, has a lot of flash movies, or the flash is part of a series (no matter how crappy it is) the masses will vote to protect it.

Uhh, you do know that it's against the review rules to say a flash is stolen, right? Regardless of if it's true or not, it's definitely not 'helpful'. Marking it as such only encourages more people to do it, which either feeds the troll (after all, they often don't care what kind of attention they get for other people's work), or causes an unfairly low score.

In future, I'd use the whistle on things like that, accurate or not. If you / we know it's stolen, that's what PMing Wade is for.
