Your original link is the same as the submitted content link :(
Oops, didn't think I'd find it so fast, sorry for the double post.
It was quite easy to locate. You must have meant to post this.
Got ya covered, Rory :P
Triple post FAIL. Don't flag that video just yet.
zipzip or Justin Sels on Newgrounds.
Selsmonkey on Youtube.
Their ages match, as does their location.
I think that might be him. So I'm not gonna flag this one...
Hey guys, sorry for not being active lately, but real life has been a pain in the ass... I haven't checked this thread in the last two or three weeks. However, classes are over for me now, so I'm hoping to have more free time. I'm also happy because I finished high school and next year I'll be going to university; there are still a couple of months left before that happens, but I'm already anxious and I can't wait :P

Thanks a lot for the roster, Lizz. It looks like your life has been pretty hectic too, I honestly hope that you can work things out and that this new girl gives you the love you deserve so you can overcome your depression.

Congrats to all of this guys for doing such an awesome job :)
Top 5 Gainers::
byteslinger - 1,769
SeeD419 - 1,566
Coop - 1,340

I didn't thought that I would be on the top gainers list this month, but fortunately I was wrong :D
Top gainers, repeat appearances::
byteslinger (23)
Coop (22)
Ismael92 (9)
Cootie (2)
I would love to keep being a top gainer until February, that would mean that I was a top gainer for a full year. However, that sounds difficult, and chances are that I'll be going on vacation during February which means that I won't be getting many B/P D:
Thanks again for the roster :D
Not 100% sure it's stolen.

Hmmm, great to see Ismael back... :)
When did your classes end?? On Friday?? I just did my final test and then, free from school...
Too bad I'll go back to the school next year... pfft
Anyway, did you guys noticed my ALMIGHTY sig?? :3 Homemade! <3
It's basically the Game Factory 2 tutorial, but with different levels. That seems like it would count as stolen to me, I mean all they basically did was move a few pieces around.
I'll ask Wade.
And another questionable flash.. Another GF2 tutorial. This one is actually sort of an improvement upon the normal one, it's a lot easier and funnier to play, it also has different models than GF2 does. Although it's exactly the same level, and has the same menu.
I think these would count as stolen, as Wade removed a GF2 resubmit with just another level added onto it.
I'm pretty sure the models come in GF2, though I'm not sure, but if they do, this is basically an effortless submission.
Description:
"This is my first flash game.
All it is just choco-break with different models (except for the bricks).
I hope you like my little game of it.
controls: mouse to control paddle, "P" button to pause the game.
ps. i know the text is hard to read and it starts right away."

I'm with you on that one Jolly. The main menu and high score tables are identical besides the crappy "Remake" he wrote in there - not to mention the entire game engine is identical..
STOLEN FLASH
Unpublished Submission
Stolen off of YouTube
It's been edited slightly, but still counts as stolen to me. Thoughts?
I know its a few days late but thanks for the Roster update Lizzardis I'm really pleased to have gotten 5000 saves. I don't remember checking my saves for a while. On that submission I'm not sure it looks like its been edited maybe although, Ushnor has been on Newgrounds since 2005 I think it maybe okay it passed. Still I will keep an eye on it. Only about 3 weeks till christmas wonder what theme they will have for this year?
IT'S A YOUTUBE VIDEO, within the Youtube Player, stolen from Family Guy.

Stolen Flash:
The night just wouldn't be complete without a submission of Choco-break xD
For those of you who don't know, this is the sample game that comes with the games factory 2.
Son of a....
Seriously, what are we supposed to do about these Choco Breaks?
They're damn annoying.
It takes you to another website
It is just a link to another website.
Remember that those Choco games aren't stolen. They are originally made by the people making them as the user actually has to follow a tutorial and make/program the game themselves. I know, I've done the tutorial. That means if they've changed it by adding a bunch of levels or just used the tutorial to make it different or their own then it's allowed. (with major changes)
On the other hand, Tom didn't want anyone to just submit the tutorial itself, but I still don't think it should be labeled as stolen as they didn't steal any of it. You don't mark other submissions made with tutorials as stolen do you?

I'm not actually going to compete - I mean, I can't. :3 The past four or so months I've been more busy than I ever have been in the past, even if your B/P counts aren't too far from pitiful (;D), I don't have the time to even come close to that level. D:
But I'd definitely like to absolutely trump you. :3

Well, other tutorials aren't submitted once a day.
XD
But seriously dude, I'd like to hear the final verdict on these. If we're supposed to just let them pass, that's fine by me. I just don't see why we need 300 submissions of Choco-break on Newgrounds. If you're saying the user actually has to create the game, this is news to me. For all I knew they all looked identical so I figured it just came with the game...
I suppose that's a bit of a grey area...
Coop...
The guy even admit's he stole the flash in his comments. Seriously what was this guy thinking?

Like I said, they aren't suppose to be submitted. Stolen just might not be the right label for them as they are being created. I said it before, but it seemed that people ignored my post.
It actually takes an hour or two to create the game and they all look identical because the program comes with the graphics in it just for the sake of the tutorial. It helps people focus on the functions without having to worry about the art at first.
I'm sure if you look closely they aren't exact copies. For example, one might have placed the bricks differently or made the score add up differently. All of that doesn't matter though as it's been made clear NOT to submit them. (like I said before, stolen just doesn't seem fitting when it's not stolen)
On the other hand, if they created one with multiple levels and made it their own by using different graphics and changing the gameplay dramatically then it would be ok. I planned on making one of my own with about 5 levels, the high score system, my own graphics, and a story/plot behind it. It would probably take a day for each level, but knowing the time that I have with student teaching I won't be doing that until this summer.
Download the program and test it out for yourself before you make assumptions about things. (Aimed towards everyone) It's really not that hard and you can do amazing things with it (just like flash or even better) with some practice.

I saw that but I couldn't find an outside source anywhere so I didn't flag it.

Well thanks for the inFROmation. I'm not really interested in making games in the slightest, only playing them. Plus, it doesn't look like it makes the greatest games :/ I'll PM Tom for the hell of it and see what he thinks about it. I don't want to be flagging these falsely, but if it guides you to create the exact same game every time, I don't think that those should be submitted.
If someone walked me through stealing someone else's things with a tutorial, it's still theft - I just followed somebody else's instructions. It's still not their own work really...
The whole thing just irritates me really. Can't people just be original >:( I mean imagine if there was a tutorial for creating Epic Battle Fantasy 3 and we had 50 of them clogging up the Top 50 list in the portal...

I wouldn't say it's a greay area at all - if in doubt, don't flag it. Sure, these people are encouraged not to submit that piece that is made from the tutorial, but to go on and develop their own pieces. Personally, if I were just starting out, I'd love to get a submission under my belt and find out what it's like and if I'm doing things right / can I get some help from people.

If it were shit, Newgrounds wouldn't associate themselves with it. We're making progress here and the pieces shouldn't be flagged. While some of them are a little rough around the edges and possibly deserve to get blammed, they aren't abusive, as the deleted flash should give the submitter an idea of where they went wrong - feel free to review them and give them some encouragement.
STOLEN FLASH ALERT
Hey guys, this idiot user stole one of the bests game I've ever played here in NG, the Hobo Series. The original author is SeethingSwarm, he submitted the first 3 games, and this asshole just submitted the 4th game.

Hoooo damn. I voted that in because I had a lot of fun playing it. I guess I'm a moron. Forgot to check whether or not there were previous hobo games or not. Whoops.
Also, sorry for the inactivity guys but I'm finishing college right now so things are getting pretty rough and taking a lot of my time and efforts. But hey, January 28 I'm done with this garbage forever. Couldn't be any sooner, believe me.
Yea, I farm Anal Penguins. Do something about it.
Aww, it must be awesome to finish school, only college, studying what you really wanna do, w/out all those bullshits you're forced to learn that doesn't require in your future job.
ugh, I still have more 4 years to go... :\
Anyway, the false author submitted a famous submission, the first thing we do is look at the game's name... I looked at it and tought: WOW, there's a new Hobo!!.
When I saw the authors name, I blew the whistle. Fucking idiot people trying to pass w/ a stolen game... :|

Well, I disagree with your reasoning, but I'm not going to bother explaining why because that's probably what Tom's thinking is, especially seeing how there's a games factory forum now. I Pmed him about it anyway just to get the final verdict on the matter. I will post here when and if he replies.
