Okay, I tried a different color red and a different effect - see if this looks closer to what you had in mind.
As for the 2nd duel disk, I added that as well - trying to keep the sig looking balanced.

Wow, I know that some of the usual big hitters weren't as active this month, but still, I can't even remember the last time I made it onto the top gainers list, if I remember right it was one of my first months as a member of the Barracks back in mid 08.

Speaking of more, Ismael is helping me with the roll calls this year and is commencing the EGB Roll Call soon, so that should be good as we can have a nice reduced roster so there is more space for new, potential, recruits. Bringing out this roster early, means that he can have a full, up to date roster before he begins the roll call.

As you can see, I'm using Byte's server to make the roster for me, as it's much better and more efficient this way, so granted... While I get used to this new system, there may be a few errors along the way, I'm trying to fix them as best I can... But yeah.
So far, all looks correct. As far as the whole -1 thing, when someone new comes along, it really is technically a -1 for all ranked below them. I personally don't consider it an issue. I mean, sure, it's not as pretty, but it's at least accurate. If you were #15 and someone came in and took your spot, you're now #16 and one spot below. NBD, really. I don't think we need to harass Byte to add provisions for new member changes and make the numbering algorithms all the more complicated. :-P
But I'd be a bit weary on the food when Byte's cooking ;)

I was able to send the rest of the PMs soon after I made that post, but I didn't want to triple-post so I didn't say anything. Now every member should have a PM from me in their inbox, fortunately I've already received many replies through the day. While most of the results so far have been positive, 75% of the people who are leaving are high-ranked members of this club, and two of them are executive officers :(

Barracks Roster as of June 1st, 2010: Thank you for the list Lizzardis I can see you put lots of hard effort into it. I did not know that there was 42 members in EGB list, I'm number 25 on the list. It is a shame to see people who did not reply to the PM. Anyway off topic I had to get myself a new XBox 360 controller my started to play up its kept saying it was disconnected. Mine is not a battery charged one but one with a wire. I'm also annoyed that I brought OBLIVION, I thought the controls and menu seemed to clunky and hard to use. Not fun to play still I will swap it for another RPG maybe.

Honestly, Oblivion is one of those games I want to love, because the RPG elements it has are exactly what I look for in a single-player RPG. Very free, very fun. But, the game has one too many quirks that make it just too hard to play. The leveling system is also damn near impossible to get right without some serious planning and powerleveling. If you're looking for a similar game, Fallout 3 is basically "Oblivion done right in a post-apocalyptic setting.
What they need to do is re-make Oblivion with similar quests and missions, but with Fallout 3's control and leveling system... :-)

It looks like stolen, and the preloader says that it's for madness day 2007. However I can't find the original (it could be this flash by redroy99, which has been blammed, although it's not from 2007).

It probably was deleted. I am not entirely sure, but I believe that the flash flagging process is being handled by moderators as well, but I'm not 100% on that. Coop might be able to address that better than me. As far as deleting your own flash after it was flagged, I don't think that is possible.

What is wrong with the submission? Is it breaking any rules? I watched the flash and don't think it is stolen, malicious, or unsuitable, so there is really no reason to flag it. Remember that this club does not discriminate against any group or user, so every Flash that is not rulebreaking is deserving of a fair vote.
If you think the Flash is poor quality, feel free to vote what you think it deserves. However, it's not our position to tell anyone how to vote on any particular Flash. That would make us a blam club or a mass-voting group, which we are not.
If I'm mistaken about the Flash and it's actually malicious, please feel free to correct me. Thanks!
