Hey everyone. I have a quick question. At what time was it determined that a Bronze Whistle was a requirement? I recall that no one with a Garbage Whistle was allowed to be enrolled. Perhaps I was away during that decision? If not, I kinda-sorta-may-have got in with a Normal Whistle. :P

I'd say that it was stolen because the link to the site is not working.
While on the original site It does work in the game.

It was just a few months ago that this happened. SInce we wanted to have our members to be familar with the whistle system. We were getting some memebers who had no idea how to use it. So since we flag alot of garbage that comes in, it was not wroking out. It also is seen to be a better rounded user if he/she knows how to flag the right things.

To be more specific, it was on 3/13/09 that a poll showed that most Barracks members thought it was a good idea to have a Bronze whistle as a requirement. You can read more about it on page 1022, there were several interesting things going on in the EGB at that time (the rollcall, SlashFirestorm became the Chief Barracks Officer along with other changes in the Officer List, the reduced version of the code of conduct was introduced, requirements for joining were increased, etc).

Sorry you need a least 2,500 b/p points to join anyway good find there, I have seen people steal games or flashes that have been on Newgrounds why do they do it? its so pathetic. I hate it when it happens I wish Clock Day could be more then one a year I found that I don't have the same urge to get so many b/p points any idea on how to get more in to b/ping? Between 15th and 16th my most highest b/p I think ever! Oh well Madness day in September not quite the same as Clocks.

Well people do tend to be more lenient on Madness movies that day. I had well over 200 saves on that day, but I remember it being a day where I didn't feel too well and I was bed ridden for quite awhile. I actually got more B/P the last Madness Day then I did the recent Clock Day, but I was very busy the day of Clock Day.
I did reach the last B/P rank though on that day. :)

Well I had a duff controller for my XBox 360 so I got it changed for a new one. I brought two new games Warriors Orochi and Saints Row 2. Well, it's not like the file swaps are anything new, right? Anything from insan0, [BB], and the like are gonna do fileswaps. If I'm the only one who has noticed that trend, then wow, the rest of y'all need to pick up the game, no offense.

Are you seriously that blind to think that there are members of this club that don't understand and/or see this trend? Anyone with any sort of brain in their head could obviously see this trend. Actually, anyone who's been on this site for more than a couple of days and visits the portal should be able to see this trend quite easily. O.O
We are just at the state where we know there isn't anything we can do about it and that their going to be deleted shortly after so there isn't much reason to get all worked up about it. All we can do is keep track just in case a couple are missed.

That's true. In the NGPD people who have only been on NG a couple months and just barely have their police officer badges coming in and joining because they're tired of seeing things they vote 5 on getting turned into beheading videos and the like.
